10-HDA

10-Hydroxy-2-decenoic acid (10-HDA) is a unique fatty acid found exclusively in fresh royal jelly. It’s a natural compound produced by worker bees and is responsible for many of the remarkable health benefits associated with royal jelly.

The 10-HDA content of royal jelly is seen as an important marker for discerning the quality of royal jelly; the higher the 10-HDA content, the higher the quality of the royal jelly.

How much Royal Jelly should I take?

Royal Jelly is very potent, you only need a small amount. We recommend taking no more than 1-2 grams of Pure Royal Jelly per day. Equivalent to approximately a quarter of a teaspoon.

When should I take Royal Jelly?

Royal Jelly can be taken at any time of the day, with or without a meal. You may want to take it in the morning to feel its energy and mood boosting benefits throughout the day, but it is beneficial at any time of day.
